Hollow Hills Green is a soft, fresh sencha green tea layered with cooling spearmint, bright lemon verbena, crisp apple, and delicate elderflower. It's light and refreshing without becoming sharp or overly grassy, with just enough fruit and florals to soften the green tea.
Clean, gentle, and quietly complex, it's lovely hot and especially refreshing poured over ice.

1 tsp | 8 oz | Lower heat | 2–3 min | Lightly covered
